First Inspections Ltd use two forms of Moisture meters on all inspections, the Protimeter Surveymaster and the Trotec T650.
Readings are taken throughout the property at varying points such as around windows and doors and any other areas deemed to be questionable or of greater risk.
Colour Digital Photos are taken with each inspection, to highlight any defects or maintenance issues.
Written or verbal Inspections are available 7 days a week, and full reports available within 24 hours in most cases.
