Your inspector will have a minimum of 30 years experience in the Residential Building Industry, having worked on dozens of houses ranging from small 1 bedroom dwellings to multi million dollar award winning homes.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner with the Department of Building and Housing and trained Meth Testers, you can be assured that your inspector has proven knowledge, and experience and is kept up to date on the latest changes in the industry.
We are an Independent Company that specialises in Property Inspections only, therefore ensuring you are receiving completely independent and unbiased advice.
All inspections are carried out in accordance with the New Zealand Standard for Residential Property Inspections NZS4306:2005,
First Inspections Ltd use two forms of Moisture Meters, the Protimeter Surveymaster and the Trotec T650.
Meth Testing is available upon request for an additional fee, and First Inspections only offer laboratory meth testing with samples analysed and results provided by Hills Laboratories.
Non invasive moisture testing is utilized to determine any moisture issues, and further invasive testing can be carried out upon request, Digital Images are taken throughout the home to highlight any areas of defect or maintenance requirements.
